In this course, students will explore games, puzzles, and designed objects as models for strategic and creative thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning. The students will also examine how the use of tangible tools can shape cognitive processes, support innovation, enhance collaboration and communication. Reflective and analytical writing assignments focus on the strategic and quantitative analysis of the games and puzzles. As a final assignment students will design an original game or puzzle and develop a written rulebook that articulates its logic, objectives, and strategic elements.
