SPA 256 LATINOS IN THE US (IN SPAN)
A cultural introduction to Latinos' experiences and historical context in the Caribbean and Latin America that led to the migrations of Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, Cubans, Mexicans, and Central Americans. Topics include migration and settlement, civil rights movements, race, DACA and the contemporary transnational nature of the Latino/a experience.
