GOV 304 AMERICAN POLITICAL THOUGHT
A study through original writings of the deeper currents of the U.S. political and governmental inheritance, starting with the Federalist Papers and covering the thought of, among others, Washington, Hamilton, Madison, Tocqueville, Lincoln, F. Douglass, W. Wilson, and F. Roosevelt, including contemporary progressivism and its sources and critics.
Registration Restrictions
Open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
