BIO 398 GENOMICS,EPIGENOMICS,TRANSCRIP

Genomics, Epigenomics, and Transcriptomics An introduction to genome-scale biological data, focusing on computational techniques for analysis of DNA and RNA sequences. Topics include phylogenomics, epigenetic modifications, and gene expression and regulation. Projects will examine the interactions between different levels of “omics” data using the latest bioinformatics tools.
