BIO 120G INTRO TO BIOLOGICAL INQUIRY
EVOLUTION AND VARIATION An investigation of evolutionary processes, genetic variation, and the role of compromise and trade-off in evolution. Emphasis on student-designed laboratory investigations using the fruitfly (Drosophila melanogaster), computer software models, and online DNA databases.

Students may not receive credit both for this course and for any other section of BIO 120.
Registration Restrictions
Open to first-year students. Sophomores may enroll with permission of the instructor. Students may not receive credit for both BIO 118 and BIO 120G.
