ANT 320 ANTHRO OF SEXUALITY & GENDER
Theories of human sexuality as well as gender stereotypes have undergone dramatic transformation in recent decades. This course surveys concepts of sexuality and gender through the comparative study of Melanesian, Asian, African, Native American, and Western definitions and usages.
Notes
This course many include an optional section that will meet for an additional hour each week to discuss supplemental readings in Spanish. Students participating in the foreign language section will receive one additional credit hour, pass/not passed marking.
