ANT 211 DECOLONIZING ANTHROPOLOGY
An examination of the evolution of anthropology as a social science from the late 19th century to today, with a focus on anthropology's contributions to decolonial theory and practice. Scholars, schools of thought, and critical texts relate anthropology's crisis of origins to contemporary movements to decolonize knowledge production.
