GOV 343 TRANSNATIONAL POLITICS

Transnational Politics: Non-State Actors in a Globalizing World.  An examination of the circumstances under which non-state actors emerge and come to play important roles in global politics. Topics include international organizations, international courts, transnational social movements, transnational non-governmental organizations, multinational corporations, informal networks, transnational terrorist organizations, and organized crime.
