ECO 320 LABOR ECONOMICS

This course uses economic theory to analyze the functioning of labor markets and reviews empirical evidence on various public policy debates. Topics include the supply and demand of labor, human capital theory, wage determination, gender and race, worker mobility, and migration. While much of the course focuses on labor markets in the United States, it also considers their functioning in developing countries.
