BIO 298 GENOMICS,EPIGENOMICS,TRANSCRIP
Genomics, Epigenomics, and Transcriptomics An introduction to genome-scale biological data, focusing on computational techniques for analysis of DNA and RNA sequences. Topics include phylogenomics, epigenetic modifications, and gene expression and regulation. Projects will examine the interactions between different levels of “omics” data using the latest bioinformatics tools.
Prerequisite
Any 200-level biology course.
Enrollment Limit
Enrollment limited to 18 students.
