ECO 440 TOPICS IN NEW GLOBAL ECONOMY
Analysis of pressing economic issues for advanced and emerging economies. De-globalization narratives, populisms, increased inequality, China´s deceleration, climate change and aging. Complexities of policy making to attain sustained growth in a global context of uncertainty and change.
Notes
This course may include an optional section that will meet for an additional hour each week to discuss supplemental readings in Spanish. Students participating in the foreign language section will receive one additional credit hour, pass/not passed marking.
