AHI 102 DECODING ART
The course explores Western art since the Renaissance (1400-present) as a coded, symbolic language of subject matter, style, and technique, tied to the changing values of patrons and audiences within a cultural, social, and historical context. Students will learn how to analyze works of art on their own.

Students may not receive credit for this course and AHI 122.
