PSY 305 CROSS-CULTURAL PSYCHOLOGY
This course is an introduction to the nature of culture; cross-cultural universalities and variations in psychology; and various cultural factors (norms, values, orientations, beliefs, etc.) within and between groups and societies. The course also examines how cultural factors reflected in systems and policies of a group or society shape thoughts, feelings, and behavior and how individuals can better understand themselves and others.
Prerequisite
PSY 205, 206, 208, or 210.
