FLM 298B FILM SOUND THEORY & PRODUCTION
The course explores the use of sound as an essential narrative component for film and television. Students will explore the artistic practice and techniques involved in recording, editing, mixing and mastering a completed soundscape. Students will delve into the basics of sound theory, history, and terminology as they create cinematic sound work.
Prerequisite
FLM 101 and permission of the instructor.
