A study of the dynamic relationship between queer theory and activism. By utilizing varied resources, the course explores the development of queer studies, which encompasses critical analyses of power dynamics and the construction of sexual and gender categories. A key component of the course is the intertwining of sexuality and gender identities with other categories, which allows students to examine the varying experiences and understandings of sexuality and gender.
