GOV 493O EXEC BRANCH DECISION-MAKING
The eight million individuals working in the federal executive branch implement laws passed by the Congress and signed by the president, promulgated by the federal bureaucracy, and set out in judicial rulings. They distribute and redistribute resources, and regulate society and the market. The course systematically investigates this decision-making, revealing the power and authority of presidential appointees and of careerists.
