GOV 243 CYBER ISSUES IN US LAW/POLICY
A debate about the nature and influence of information technology on the development of U.S. policies and legal doctrines. Topics include data protection, computer and social media use and misuse, copyright and digital rights, criminal content liability and defamation, international conflict issues, and the domestic impacts of a globalized cyber world.
Registration Restrictions
Open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors; and to first-year students with permission of the instructor.
Enrollment Limit
Enrollment limited to 28 students.
