CLA 121F MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY FROM LATIN

A systematic study of the Latin roots of modern medical terminology.  Through linguistic analysis students will gain a working knowledge of how modern medical and scientific terms are constructed from Latin and learn how to deconstruct terms to understand their meaning.  No prior knowledge of Latin is required.
